Mita, founder of Macondo, is passionate about food and sustainability. Her culinary interest went from theoretical to practical when, in order to reduce her environmental footprint, she approached plant-based cooking. The low prevalence of this type of cuisine and the desire to keep on consuming and sharing good food contributed to what has become a strong passion.
Collaborating on the Yoga+Mindfulness front, we have Neige. Neige got acquainted with yoga when she was a young girl, exploring Hatha and Iyengar and finally finding her way in the fluidity of Vinyasa, which she always considered as a moving meditation.
Maternity has helped her further explore the practices and rituals related to the feminine universe, as well as prenatal yoga.
